At the Chateau we want our guests to be confident when planning a vacation in Panama City Beach.  That’s why we’re offering an “Oil Free Guarantee.”   If our beaches are closed due the oil spill, we will refund your money.   This is the same as our hurricane policy and is only fair, right and ethical.  But the “Oil Free Guarantee” goes one step further.   If our beach is not closed, but is adversely affected by the oil spill, you will have a 24 hour cancellation option.

We don’t want you to be penalized for a situation which is out of your control.  That’s not how friends treat friends and half our guests are repeat visitors.  We sincerely hope that each of you enjoy your stay and feel at home while you’re here.

Dunbar & Nick,  in person @ The Chateau If you like watching The Real World (Sydney) then Dunbar is a cast member  you are sure to remember!  This 22 year old from Natchez, Mississippi may seem like the stereotypical fraternity boy but he proves to be so much more!  At this very young age he taken over his own financial situation and taken full responsibility for his livelihood.  He enrolled in the military to help build his college fund and now attends Ole Miss.  Even though he is very well-spoken and educated he still is known to be very arrogant and hot-headed!!

Nick Brown sure made a lasting impression on The Real World (Hollywood) as the Jamaican-born ladies man!  This college graduate is now pursuing a modeling career and TV hosting.  He has a very close relationship with his family and friends and  is known for his loyalty to them.  Nick  dates a lot of girls but doesn’t consider himself a player because he respects every one of them.

These MTV Celebrities will be partying at the Chateau for Spring Break 2010 but be sure to stay tuned!! More cast members will be confirmed soon!!!

 Jenni “J-WOWW” is well known for her is well known for her party skills on the famous MTV show JERSEY SHORE, and even though she had a boyfriend all bets were off while on the Shore!  J-WOWW is a party girl with zero self control and has a tendency to be very spontaneous and impulsive.  Where ever she goes drama is sure to follow!  Now, wouldn’t you like to hang out with her?  Well, you can this Spring Break at the Chateau!

Canadian Even Starkman has appeared on MTV’s Real World/Road Rules Challenge including “Fresh Meat” and “The Duel“.  As a hockey player on scholarship to Cornell University in New York, his athleticism gave him an edge on both shows, and his gregarious personality made him a viewer favorite.   He is now a graduate from Cornell and has since been putting all of his energy into his clothing company Branch Out Clothing.  This new company’s mission is to promote awareness and personal growth by spreading positive messages and integrating social awareness into peoples daily routines.  His company also donates 50% of its profits to various charities!  What is his next move? To party in Panama City Beach, Fl in March during Spring Break!!
